Welcome to the Steps 2 School Improvement website

This website provides access to an extensive range of online support materials and downloadable resources. The resource materials are designed to give practical support to schools as they make progress through Becta’s national Self Review Framework for ICT and/or who wish to gain the national ICT Mark award in recognition of the progress they have made.

Each of the 8 elements is subdivided into 7 individual steps, namely Audit, Activities, Approaches, Actions, Apply, Assess and Achieve. The resources for each element include prompts, checklists, exemplar materials, case studies, and links to useful websites. In order to access the resources you will need to purchase the Element or Elements for which you feel your school needs support.
